second life succubi

i’m not sure whether or not bff vivi actually *enjoys* posing with me for my blog. i’m a little bossy 😉 and it can take a while and it’s probably not the most exciting thing to stand on a pose stand, without any clue of how the picture is going to eventually end up looking.

but! when we look as evilly cute as we do here, i can’t imagine it would be *hard work* to pose with me~

these two looks all started after i took a trip to sanu, searching for an accessory for a look i’m doing tomorrow (that i’m *so excited* for, i love it!). but while at sanu, vivienne && i stumbled upon a set of succubus avatars. complete with wings, whip, ears, horns, hooves…. they were so cute that i could not resist.

and from there, i got the idea to dress as faun/succubi with vivi, in black and white. the way both looks turned out, oh i’m in looove <33

my look includes the succubus bits that vivi && i both picked up at sanu. with it, since we both own it in different colors, i’ve got on a sexy as *hell* dress from suicidal unborn.

for accessories, i’m wearing horns && a blindfold that i picked up from illusions. slowly, that entire store is finding it’s way into my inventory, haha. but the prim detail and textures are so lovely. and reasonable prices… srsly… cannot get better than that.

vivienne is *supposed* to be the good half of our succubus-twins, but she doesn’t really look all that angelic, does she? it’s okay though, cause i think i like her look even better than i like my own.

her legs, ears && tail are from pera from the summer of love fair. the entire set is *cute* and ridiculously low-priced. if you’re interested in faun avatars like we are, you should definitely scoop this set up.

she finished her mirrored-but-not look with an eyewrap && necklace from cobrahive, a tattoo from para designs, and one of the gorgeous new hair releases from truth.

while dressed like this, it gives me an excuse to be extra mischievous. i mean, it’s not like one would expect a succubus to be appropriately mannered, am i right?

so i go from.. cute && sweet one day to … beaten && barely clothed the next? 😀

today’s look all centers around a *new* skin from pink fuel that i love so much i could squish mochi milena in the biggest bear hug evar. <33333

the skin combines contrasts, which is something i love doing with looks. it’s what i’ve done in the past many many times over and elly only gives me an excuse to be adorable && bloody all at once. the sweet, youthful face is combined with a bloodied, heart-shaped gauge on the cheek. plump pink lips and minimal eye makeup and a sexy, shaded body (i *love* the stomach on this skin!)… ah, it’s a beautiful thing.

so i ran with the injured look of the skin and plopped on a ripped dress from luck inc. not only does the dress look like i came in contact with an angry tiger \o/ but it *also* came with a tattoo layer of bleeding cuts, most of which are centered on the face.

i’ve got on my *favorite* eyes (lul, sounds so odd, doesn’t it?) from negaposi and not only are the eyes beautifully made, but all colors include a pair of prim eyes too. which is exactly why these eyes are my favorites — wearing heterochromatic eyes is a perk of prim attachments && i really like the way the black and white colors look together. sorta looks like my silver eye is partly blind… perhaps clawed and injured in my epic fight? haha~

for accessories, i have a faaaaaaaaaabbulous new necklace on from hod. it’s out for fifty linden friday both instore && on xstreet and is *totally* worth it. hod jewelry is always beautifully made, but this necklace (and the separate piercing too!) is so long and so detailed and so sexy. it’s definitely one of my new faves.

i put on elf ears && horns because… well… why not? i’m on a kick lately with different ears && head accessories (just as a head’s up — if you’re into the animal bits like i am, cobrahive has *two* bunny sets out for 50L friday. you’re welcome ;)) and the horns from illusions were too nice not to wear. plus, they were priced incredibly reasonable. 50L for sleek black horns? oh *fuck* yes.

i might be a little sore tomorrow, eheh, but for today… i look fierce. and bloody. but mostly fierce.

i’m not sure what sort of creature i’m supposed to be today, but it definitely reminds me of a technicolor fennec fox. and waaaaahhh, those little guys are so cute. *u* which makes me cute too by default, right?

i know there’s a whole lot going on with my avatar today, but i’ve come across *so many* adorable things lately in second life that they all just sorta.. found their way onto me today in one way or another.

so first! probably the biggest change for me today: hair. it takes quite a lot for me to switch out of my bright, white-blonde hair color and this style, enix, from truth looked just as cute with my look today in swedish blonde as it does in bubblegum pink. but. every once in a while, it’s nice to change things up a bit. and i gotta admit, the pink added a little somethin’ extra to the whole… so sweet && adorable i wanna punch myself sorta outfit i put together today.

as for clothing, the purple overall jumper from paperdoll just seemed fitting, period. and it looked nice when worn over the rainbow heart tee i picked up for one linden at tres blah a little while ago. with the color palette i started to work with, bright purple && blue leggings from evie were an obvious choice, as were the cute cuffed hot pink socks i picked up from boom.

my accessories today are, probably, my favorite part of this look. these ears from canterbury creative were just… too… fucking… cute. and the bright pink tips made them even more irresistible. even if i didn’t have a tail to match, haha, or any other fluffy bits to plop on, i had to wear them. they are *so* big and *so* bright and i have no idea why, but i adore them. <33

two of my other accessories are from katatonik. first, the necklace. little orange tabby kitty, stuffed in a pink box and hung around my neck. it sounds.. sorta cruel, but he looks happy at least? 😀 and the boombox, which i picked up at the gacha festival ❤ last go around, i honestly lucked out with. first try, i got exactly the panda boombox i wanted. there was much victory dancing at albero that day.

along with my socks, the chibi teal wings are also from boom and are *free* from the lucky board there. i’ve had them stashed away in my inventory for a while now and they were absolutely perfect for my look today. feathery wings with an attached chain that dangle puffed hearts down the back… yes, it was kismet.

some more goodies from the gacha festival are my cupcake ring && bracelet, from caroline’s jewelry && loulou&co respectively. and the polaroid in mah mouf, which holds an old picture of bff vivi (but was appropriate, at least, in color scheme!), is from one of the lucky chairs at love soul.

lots of cuteness packed on, in, and around me today. and it can be a good thing, every once in a while. i likes the cute, and the bright, and the piiiinnkkk. but only in moderation. 😉

gacha gacha

the gacha festival… is so, so awesome.

not only is everything nice && cheap, but! there’s some sort of… exciting thrill i get out of gambling with those little gumball machines. will i get the pink shoes or the blue ones? will i get the earrings i want? will i find someone who wants to trade with me? can i get the whole set? will i be lucky? what if i try 15 times and still don’t get the one i want? do i really need 55 pairs of headphones?! @__@;

but that’s the fun of it \o/ and i spent most of my afternoon, off and on, browsing all the stalls with new stuffs. i’ve included a couple things i picked up from the miles of gachas, but of course i picked the tiniest of those items to wear today.. haha.

as for clothing.. i’m wearing one of the cute lazy sweaters from pig. i’ve always kinda eyed them since they came out, wondering what i’d wear it with or how i’d work it into an outfit, or what color would i buy… but today, i finally bit the bullet. and why? because it was 25L and not one part of me can resist an amazing deal like that. it suckered me in, but these sweaters are awesome. so it’s okay.

underneath, i’ve got on a corset from sn@tch. other than a good deal, i also cannot resit a cute corset. i’ve accumulated *so many* over my years in second life that it’s rare i find one that i don’t already own something similar to. but the pack of corsets that include the one i’m wearing today have different bodices, one in plaid ❤ and a couple animal prints <33 and since sn@tch makes such nice stuffs anyway, i caved.

if i found a fatpack of corsets that were also ridiculously cheap… that’d be, like, my ultimate kryptonite. D;

my ring && the teabag in my mouth (oh, the dirty places my mind goes when writing that phrase…) are both from gachas.

the ring is a fortune cookie(!!) with a little dangly fortune-paper that has a heart drawn on it. loooooove it. and the flavor of tea i got is blueberry, yumyum. it makes me kinda wish for a glass of tea rather than just the teabag, but the blueberries inside the bag are cute and make up for it.

i also went a little nuts over the headphones from katatonik and the nails ❤ from u&r dogs at the festival. and there’s even a rocket ship you can ride in one of the gachas, too. bff vivi && i had *so* much fun with those riding around my home sim, eheh.

we may or may not have accidentally stumbled upon and disturbed a couple in the.. ahem… throes of passion while we were zipping around in the air on said space ships, playing dumb gestures && lmao-ing all over the place….

i think today i’m actually posting *on* the day i meant to, rather than after midnight on the next day.

yaaaaay for being productive! ;P

this look started out completely different, but the more i browsed a few of my favorite stores… the more things changed. pieces were switched out, accessories were added on or taken away, things were removed altogether.. until i got to this. i think i began with a corset and a pair of jeans xD but .. well… see for yourself how different things turned out:

i still like it tho, so it’s a win. even if my look evolved from one extreme to another.

even if it’s a little obstructed by my jacket, the shirt i am wearing today from c.smit actually says omg lol. a lot of the clothing i buy && wear in second life is solely because it amused me. whether it’s a cute print, or a funny saying, or it reminds me of something else that *also* amused me… i have a ton of stuff stashed in my inventory that’s there only because it made me giggle. and this tee, literally, made me lol so i had to buy it.

plus, the cute colors on the tee let me go a little out there with the rest of my outfit! \o/

the shorts i’ve got on are from khush. i swear, i went through every pair of shorts in my inventory that i’ve *not* already blogged, then searched through many many (manymanymany) stores trying to find some shorts that were not too short. with a longer tee, i needed the shorts to have some length… otherwise they’d be invisible under the hem of the top. and what’s the point of wearing shorts if you can’t even see ’em? i could’a just worn panties instead if i was going for that look, haha. but i was pleasantly surprised to find these shorts were not only long enough to show underneath the top, but were also cuuuute *and* ripped up. the stitching on them is even bright pink, it made me happy~

one of the new hair releases from truth fit perfectly with this outfit, simply because the headband is color-change. when i bought it (and yeah, i never demo truth hair anymore — i already *know* i’m gonna love it), i thought both the headband and the flower changed at once. but oh no, you can texture change them both separately. was an awesome discovery, ’cause i like the pink band && the yellow flower.

other accessories today include another tattoo from endless pain, some fabulous nails from mstyle && a pair of very nicely-made wrist cuffs from hello dave. the bracelets come in several color choices and the shells && beads on each bracelet are color-change too. i love that so many of my accessories today could be colorized to “match”. and i say match in a very loose sense of the word, i pretty much made everything as colorful as i possibly could. eheh.

plus! i am loving that there are so many makeup face tattoos out there. the one i’ve got on with my taylor skin is from dulce secrets && it is not just eyeshadow or just lipstick, but both together. with tattoos like these, skins become even *more* versatile. because the version of taylor i’m wearing is, currently (though i’d like to see that change ;)), the only choice with blonde eyebrows. but having one makeup choice in a skin is no longer a problem when i can kinda sorta make my own. the tattoo layer, i loves it. <3333

faun!vixxie

so i know i mentioned in my post about being a neko with my best friend that i *also* love faun avatars.

fantasy, for me, is a large part of my second life. i mean, it’s not like i can magically grow pointed ears && sprout a tail in my first life (though that’d be fucking awesome if i could, haha).. but in sl, i can. experimenting with different skins, different hair, different clothes and different body-bits is a large chunk of the fun for me.

and today, i bring you a vixxie/faun hybrid~ 😀

can i just say, first of all.. how *adorable* is that tail? seriously. it even wags, like i’m a happy faun! \o/ my look for today centers around that tail, actually. and the horns too, both of which are from visavi. the set they come from includes absolutely everything you need to faun-i-lize your avatar, from the hoofs up to ears && horns. i decided to wear just the tail ❤ and the horns…

…because i found these hoofed boots from nv and about died. the furry parts right above the hoof are color-change, but the boots as a whole are looooove. they give your legs that unmistakable curve that goat’s legs have and come with about a billion belts && buckles wrapped around them.

as for accessories, i chose a pair of barbed-wire wrapped gloves from sinistyle && some cute as hell headphones from favole. i unfortunately didn’t photograph it, but the back of the headphones have little dangly charms attached. adorable.

my tattoo today is a *freebie* from endless pain. as hunt prizes go, for me.. you cannot do any better than tattoos && this tattoo is very nice. it’s not quite blue, not quite black, and comes full body (though i’m only wearing the upper portion) which, of course, plops endless pain right up there with my favorites for ink. generous gifts like this make me want to come back and spendspendspend. just sayin’.

so today i’m a music-lovin’, tattooed && pierced, pink && black faun with bright blonde hair and heterochromatic eyes. aha.. only in second life, hm?

with the tank, i’m wearing some amazingly cute cut-offs from ronsem. pretty sure they’re for the guys, but with some resizing they fit my skinny ass just fine \o/ over top of the tank, i’ve got a big shirt on from one of my favorite brands, niniko. they make some of the nicest prim pieces for clothing and the textures are always lovely. i’ve blogged them several times by now, but it’s because i love the way their clothes fit && look on.

both my piercings && my earrings today are new releases from iced. the earrings are fantastic, i love the multiple rings included in the set. and the piercings… really… anything that includes a septum ring is insta-love for me ❤ but both sets of piercings pack the metal on. right up my alley! ;D

the cute rockband-esque necklace is from cobrahive && my knuckle rings are *freebies* at fabfree headquarters, from addict. even if the rings weren’t free, i totally would’a picked ’em up. i have lots of silver, pewter && even black metal jewelry… but not a whole lot of gold. plus the design of them was way too good to pass up. i can give you a black eye with love! >:O

now, my hair.. i know i’ve not blogged it yet. it’s from amacci and i bought it a little while ago and i *fucking* love it. it’s so fluffy and has so much movement and the color-change bandana is cuuuuute. plus the blonde textures are pretty, i am in love with the pearl platinum color ❤

the corset jeans i’ve got on are july’s dollarbie from cynful. if you haven’t picked them up yet… why the hell not!? the high-waist look is incredibly sexy and no one does sexy better than cynful. the light polka dot pattern is subtle and the fact that it’s only 1L makes these *fantastic*. go get them, right now. >:O

i mentioned yesterday that my stop to cobrahive brought back a little bit of nostalgia. after my initial newb-ness in sl (that lasted *way* longer than it should have, eheh), the first avatar that really felt like me.. was neko.

i rocked the ears && tails for a long while and i can’t honestly say what made me decide to leave the kitty behind. i guess that’s the awesome part about sl — you can morph from human to neko to human to elf to human to faun (cause i *love* faun avatars too!) and anywhere in between.

but with the help of bff vivi, i am going back to my “second life roots” for a day and revisiting a look i wore for so, so long. just updated!

being part kitten, part human is undeniably cute. there’s just something about the twitchy ears && tail that appeal to the girly, kawaii part of me. though vivi and i decided to grunge it up a little bit, wearing neko bits *totally* works with cutesy, frilly dresses and bubble gum pink. that’s just not us anymore. 😉

my look is neko to the extreme. almost everything i’ve got on is feline-related. my tee from action has a cute black kitten sleeping on the front of it. my jeans are from sassy kitty. though the actual cat design is covered by my shirtsleeves, my tattoo from garden of ku has black cats up by the shoulders. even my hair… it’s gritty kitty.

vivienne on the other hand is wearing a few pieces from envious creations, a place we *both* shopped pretty exclusively in our neko days, haha. her eyes, from negaposi are slitted (and pink!) like a cat’s would be. though she went in the opposite sort of direction with her tattoo && instead of wearing a feline-esue tattoo, her ink from kanival features fishies instead. >;3 cute!

we may not wear the kitty stuffs much anymore, but we still appreciate it. and i’ll probably be wearing my ears && tail from cobrahive for at least a little while in world, just ’cause it reminds me of my good ole days. too bad i’ve long since deleted all my mewing and purring gestures, they were always fun to spam local chat with. mwahahah~

ANYWAY! so my look today isn’t really inspired by me exactly, but inspired by two of my favorite bloggers. see, they’ve both worn some fan-*fucking*-tastic boots by avz and.. well…

i had to go get me a pair too.

usually, when i blog a look.. it is, literally, my look of the day. it’s what i’ve decided to wear in world and very rarely is it something different than what you’d see me in if we happened to meet avatar face to avatar face.

but this look, honest to god, i’ve worn all week. and if you know me well, that never … ever … *ever* happens. it’s these boots, man, i cannot take them off. ❤

the corset is pretty amazing too, don’t get me wrong. anything that is chalk full of prim detail the way this corset (and the way my boots are too, just sayin’) is instant love for me. i love all the ruffles and the leather texture and the way it does, indeed, cinch in my avatar’s waist. the abyss makes some damn good stuff, too.

accessories today are all over the place. i’ve got the nails from xplosion on again because i love the rings and bracelets included on them. there’s black bands around the ring finger riii~iiight by the nail that i’ve not seen on another pair.

my collar is from cobrahive and while i was there, i went on a little insane shopping spree. i even bought a few things that remind me of my first sl days ❤ but i have plans for a later post including them. 😉 the cutecutecute teeths are on the tattoo layer from porcupine love and i *adore* the way they look with my pink fuel skin. they add a little interest && some extra adorable-ness. what’s cuter than a tattoo’d elf-girl with buck teeth?

right?

so my outfit today has definitely gotten some extra-wear in world, but it’s only because i can’t even stand how good it all looks together. at least in sl, you can wear an outfit for an entire week and not smell like stale b.o.! 😀
