one of the *new* mesh hair releases from exile, called in the meantime, is the most perfect beach hair. it’s wavy and long and even slightly “windswept”. as soon as i tried it, i was immediately thinking about bikinis and sand and bright sunshine…

…so of course, i dressed to match that beachy feeling!

really though, any excuse to put on a bikini and blog it~ ;p

this pack of poses, from pulling strings (that’s out @ pose fair!), worked *so* well with my beachy look, too. i mean, without a pair of handy sunglasses, how else would i keep the sun out of my eyes? i love “themed” pose sets like this — sometimes, simple standing poses (of which i have a *ton* already) aren’t enough to convey the feeling you’re going for. it’s one of the reasons why events like pose fair are so, so awesome… without it, i probably never would have seen these poses && i would be totally missing out.

other than the hairstyle, my beachcomber look is made up from various bits && pieces i’ve grabbed lately.. that all somehow worked together. these *mesh* capris from cold logic, i pretty much *had* to have them in this coral-y pink, and i was so impressed with the amount of detail packed into them. the cuffs are awesome, i love the li’l straps holding them up, and the overall shape is flattering… and so cute!

rezipsa loc has been feeding my wishing for summer kind of mentality with a few swimwear releases recently… one of which is this swimsuit i’m wearing here. it was made for the 52 weeks of color challenge, but since i’m not currently participating in the challenge… it was just a super cute bikini to me! \o/

so i tossed on a sheer cover up, from nestle my bosom, a hair flower from artilleri, && some *new* gorgeous color-change earrings from mashooka and spent some time on a lovely beach.. trying to shield my eyes from the sun…

…and also, prancing around in the water in my new bikini. 😉
